Requesting account deletion

Ganesha Studio, developed by Agama Interactive S.L., does not use email or password sign-in — when you first launch the app, we create an anonymous account linked to your device. You can request that this account and its associated data be deleted at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Steps to delete your account

Send an email to hi@agama.io from an address we can reply to.
Use the subject line "Delete My Account – Ganesha Studio".
Include in your message: the platform you played on (iOS or Android) and roughly when you last played, so we can help locate your data. Since accounts are anonymous, we don't require any login details.
We'll confirm and process your request within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email once it's complete.

There is currently no in-app "delete account" button — deletion requests are handled directly by our team via email, as described above.

Analytics events already recorded	Kept, but only in aggregated form that cannot be linked back to you; purged by Firebase after 14 months
Your deletion request email itself	Retained up to 12 months for legal and support record-keeping, then deleted
