Overview

Your privacy, plainly stated

Agama Interactive S.L. ("we", "us", or "our") built Ganesha Studio as a free mobile game. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Ganesha Studio is free to play and supported by advertising. Some advertising features involve data collection that requires your consent. You are always in control of that consent.

Data We Collect

What information is collected

Account and game data

When you first launch the app, we create an anonymous account linked to your device. We store:

• A randomly generated anonymous user ID
• Your character customisation choices from onboarding
• Game progress: completed levels, coin balance, and earned items
• Whether you have completed the onboarding flow

We do not collect your name, email address, or any information that identifies you as a person unless you choose to contact us directly.

Analytics

We collect gameplay events to understand how the app is used and to improve it. These include:

• Level started, completed, and exited
• Onboarding steps selected and completed
• Ad interactions (rewarded ads viewed, interstitials shown)
• Virtual currency earned and spent
• Consent decisions (accepted or declined)

Analytics events are associated with your anonymous user ID, not with any personal identifier.

Crash and performance data

If the app crashes, we automatically collect a crash report containing device type, operating system version, and a stack trace. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.

Advertising data

If you grant consent for personalised advertising, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) may be accessed by our advertising partner, Google AdMob, to serve ads relevant to your interests. If you decline consent, ads may still be shown but they will not be personalised.

Third-Party Services

Who else receives your data

We use the following third-party services, each operating under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements with us.

Google Firebase

We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Remote Config, and Crashlytics, all provided by Google LLC. Firebase stores data primarily on servers in the United States. RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to process and validate in-app purchases and manage purchase history across devices. RevenueCat may receive your anonymous user ID and purchase data to complete this. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Google AdMob

We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads, depending on the consent you have given. You can review and change your preferences at any time via Settings → Privacy Settings in the app. Google Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Advertising & Tracking

Ads and the IDFA

Ganesha Studio is free and supported by advertising. We show two types of ads:

• Rewarded ads — optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards
• Interstitial ads — brief ads shown between levels

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we ask for permission to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you grant permission, AdMob may use the IDFA to show you personalised ads. If you decline, the IDFA is not accessed and you will only see non-personalised ads.

Changing your consent

You can review or withdraw your advertising consent at any time via Settings → Privacy Settings in the app. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Rights for EEA and UK residents

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); see our account deletion page for the steps
• Right to restriction — request that we limit how we process your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

US Residents

California and other US state residents

If you are a resident of California or another US state with applicable privacy laws, you have additional rights:

• Right to know — what categories of personal information we collect and why
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information
• Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

Data Retention

How long we keep your data

• Game data — retained for as long as you use the app. If you request deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• Analytics data — retained for up to 14 months by Firebase, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
• Crash reports — retained for 90 days.
• Advertising data — managed by Google AdMob per their own retention policies.

Children

Children's privacy

Ganesha Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hi@agama.io and we will delete it promptly.

Updates

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Ganesha Studio after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
